Coreterno

You create your own destiny

Coreterno is a lifestyle brand marked by a world of contrasts. Light and dark, Old and new, Worldly and sacred, Rome, the eternal city and innovative and rebellious New York.

Born in the heart of spirituality and coming from families of alchemists, engravers, saints, rebels and poets, creative director Michelangelo Brancato is pervaded by a burning love for art, knowledge and the powerful impact of words.

Coreterno brings together the symbols of rock and roll, pop and underground culture, along with forgotten engravings and old paintings, interpreting them in a highly contemporary style. This is the genesis of talismans that restore our self-confidence, helping us get past the barriers that arise in life.

The word Coreterno is a portmanteau combining core – Latin for heart, but also meaning center or nucleus – and eternal, it is a metaphor for resilience, the ability to rebuild, get back on your feet, overcome difficulties and make this the groundwork for positive change.

Founded in 2015, the brand signature seals a stunning collection of iconic candles, mesmerizing eau de parfum, jewelry talismans, decorative art prints, luscious maxi scarves and rock’n’roll tshirts.

PUNK MOTEL | Woody Musky Floral

Bright, delicate but at the same time of character, enveloping. The light of bergamot and white rose petals are "dirty" with salicylates that give it a slightly salty appearance without marine scents, but like the wind that comes from the sea and crosses the desert.

The bottom is extremely enveloping, musk and vanilla round off the fragrance linked together by the character of ambrette seeds to create an accord that does not go unnoticed.

Interpreted by Luca Maffei

Everybody round ‘ere is always asking about Punk Motel. “Don’t ask me, I don’t know nothing,” I always say. I always say it and they always go a-lookin’ for it anyways. An old man like me should just be left in peace. Let me get this straight, I know where it is, I just don’t wanna tell nobody because then it spoils the fun for the rest of us. Everybody think they Punk these days, but boy-oh-boy if you saw Punk when Punk was Punk, you might not wanna be Punk. We were the outcasts of the world, we did not fit in nor did we want to. True rebels, tumbleweeds blowin’ across the desert, lone soldiers. The only thing that did us any good was being different, so different we all found each other, created a movement. Punk Motel is a sort of symphony, a cacophony of sights, sounds and smells that brings back that feelin’. I don’t wanna spoil it, so even if you come round askin’ ‘bout Punk Motel I will tell you, “don’t ask me, I don’t know nothing.” That’s Punk.
