Each factory is an important aspect of processing, from the idea to the final product. The work team continually interacts and it is leaded by experienced managers who supported young and brilliant promises bringing a dynamic vision, always open to new solutions. 200 employees form a mixed well group, joined by a common vision. We believe that the strength of a business is made by the people who work there, before then by its products. For this reason we have chosen not to entrust our production only to catalogues, but preferring the direct contact. We follow personally our customers. We centred us a lot on the selection and on the growth of a capillary sale net that brings the message of our products on the worldwide territory and communicates directly with our customers. We love working “live”, building important human relationships whether with our employees and collaborators or with our customers. It is another key of our success.

This leads us to carry out even exclusive projects that go from the logo’s ideation to the production of promotional items, as it has been carried out for important customers:

Nowadays the serious factories should be sensitive to sustainable development, by trying to promote the economy without attacking the planet. We do it. We use recycle cardboard (we try to make more aware even our customers), pet eco-compatible as far as it concerns the bottles, the vegetal soaps that do not exploit animals, bio-cosmetics (certified by Icea Biological Products) that do not use by-products of petroleum. We have an internal purifier and we follow all the European and international regulations in force. As far as it concerns the cosmetic production, we are a “ kilometre scratch factory”: the home made product avoid being applied to ships and planes for materials import and it contributes to reduce the pollution. Well, the Bottega loves and respects the planet.
